Subscription cancellation is managed through the billing portal where available. A cancellation scheduled for period end keeps paid entitlement only through the authoritative paid-through date. Account deletion is different: active Stripe subscriptions are canceled immediately before irreversible local erasure so no future renewal remains.
A full refund of the payment that supplies current coverage can revoke that paid entitlement. A partial refund does not automatically mean that all paid access was revoked. An open payment dispute can suspend paid entitlement while the authoritative billing state is unresolved.
Downgrades are non-destructive: saved follows and lists are not deleted. If the new plan allows fewer active creator follows, excess follows remain saved and are paused at the effective boundary so the viewer can choose which creators remain active.
Refund eligibility, statutory withdrawal rights and any jurisdiction-specific cancellation requirements must be confirmed in the final reviewed policy for the launch jurisdictions. This draft does not claim legal sufficiency.
